About the service

Your Strategic Pulse is owned and operated by David Lilley, who has been a strategic advisor for close to 25 years. The service sits alongside his consultancy and is intended to ensure key stakeholders in a company strategy can provide feedback ahead of strategy retreats and formations of new company strategies.

The platform provides a 360-degree strategic assessment across 13 pillars, collecting quantitative scores and qualitative feedback from executives, board members, and employees. The aggregated results are used to produce executive reports and themed insights for the commissioning organisation.
